The fall harvest of marijuana continues, only its the police not the bad guys that are doing the harvesting.
Bracebridge OPP report they seized 8 million dollars worth of pot after they raided a home near that Muskoka community earlier this month.
Police also confiscated eight firearms, three hunting bows and ammunition.
Behind the house, officers located 4,000 marijuana plants with an estimated street value worth $8 million.
A 43-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman, both of Georgian Bay Township, have been charged with production of marijuana and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
