Orillia OPP have concluded their investigation into the fatal motor vehicle collision involving two pedestrians on June 5th, 2011.
Two Orillia women were crossing the street when they were struck by a vehicle making a left hand turn from Front Street onto Coldwater Street. Debra Young age 56 died as a result of collision and 90 year old Eileen Hewitt was seriously injured.
The driver, 41 year old In Soon Mun also of Orillia, was issued a summons yesterday. She has been charged with Failing to Yield to a Pedestrian and will appear in provincial court in November.
