Two people from Orillia face charges in the death of a 14 year old boy.
New York State police say the teen was part of a War of 1812 encampment at Old Fort Niagara.
He was reported missing yesterday (Sun) morning.
His body was found in Lake Ontario near the northern break wall of the fort.
Witnesses say the boy was under the influence of
alcohol.
His 48 year old mother and a 50 year old man are charged with
endangering the welfare of a child.
