Charges are pending following a drug seizure here in Orillia.
OPP officers executed a search warrant at an Ashton Street residence yesterday and discovered a large marijuana grow op.
Police found 142 marijuana plants in the basement of the house.
The plants have a street value of around 142 thousand dollars.
Police continue to investigate.
