The 80 th annual Couchiching Conference is now under way at Geneva Park.
President of the Couchiching Institute on public affairs Gwen Burrows says social media has helped people become more engagedĀ and that is one issue they will be discussing as well.
She says theĀ setting at Geneva Park encouraged debate and discussion.

The controversial Clarity Act of 1996 and the Green Shift policy unveiled in 2008 dealing with the environment.
