Few details have been released regarding the pedestrian killed early Sunday morning on Highway 11.
The incident happened around 4 and 4:30 in the morning in the southbound lanes between concessions 10 and 12 in Oro-Medonte. OPP confirm that the victim of the accident was a male and that he was walking in the southbound lanes in the pathway of traffic.
No further details on age or name have been released and police are looking for the vehicle involved and for witnesses to come forward.
