The driver of a vehicle that crashed just south of Orillia early yesterday morning killing one person now has been charged with numerous offences.
OPP have charged 44 year Michael McLaughlin of Mississauga with Criminal Negligence Cause Death, Dangerous Operation Cause Death, Impaired Operation Care & Control Cause Death and Drive while Disqualified.
He has a Barrie court date of August 29.
Just before one yesterday morning a vehicle left on Ridge Rd and struck a tree.
As a result 29 year old Melissa Jones of Mississauga was pronounced deceased at the scene
