The Canada Cup and Ontario Cross Country Mountain Biking event goes this weekend at Hardwood Ski and Bike.
John Sustersic of Hardwood Ski and Bike says the race starts Sunday morning at 8:30 – with over 700 riders registered to participate.
Sustersic says spectators are encouraged come come out and watch the races.
He says there will be other activities going on throughout race day for those in attendance.
Sustersic adds competitive mountain biking is serious business and spectators can expect to see cyclists in top phyiscal condition as they compete on a challengin course.
The races will go on until 1 o’clock Sunday afternoon.
