Ontario Conservatives gather in Toronto this weekend to begin planning for this falls Provincial Election.
Simcoe North MPP Garfield Dunlop says this three day convention will bring Tory candidates and party officials from all across the province to meet the leader, discuss election strategies and examine the parties election platform.
While Conservative Leader Tim Hudak has been unveiling the party’s election platform piece by piece over the past several weeks, Dunlop says the entire platform could be in the public view by the end of this convention.
Dunlop says this meeting could be view as a team building effort to make sure the party is prepared for the October 6th Provincial election.
He says it is also a chance for new candidates to meet the caucus and the party leader.
