The Ramara Farm and County Market kicks off it’s second season today from 8-1pm.
The list of vendors has more then doubled this year, but organizers are hoping to add even more variety.
Organizer Ingrid Hugget says that in the farmers market’s first year they had 6 or 7 vendors, this year they have 17 on their books, but since not every vendor can come every week she’s hoping more people will join.
It’s a free farmers market for the vendors and for the public, with a variety of products available from fresh fruits and veggies to collectable’s of all sorts.
As a vendor, if you are interested in being a part of the farmer’s market you canĀ e-mail Ingrid at ihuggett1484@rogers.com
Visit the Ramara Farm and County Market every Saturday from 8am-1pm at the Brechin ballpark, just off the highway at the turn off for Lagoon City.
A grand opening celebration is planned for Saturday May 21st, over the long weekend.
