New details tell us that the Molson Brewery marijuana grow op was bringing in nearly 8 million dollars annually.
The abandoned Barrie brewery grew thousands of marijuana plants for about two years without anyone knowing.
Since then, a paid police informant, undercover cops and a year-long sting opperation appears to be sealing the case against some of those people who police are being called the brains behind the operation.
We learned new facts about the case after Robert Bleich was handed a two-and-half-year jail sentence in Court in Newmarket yesterday, Friday.
Bleich was among the original seven nabbed more than seven years ago.
Then he plead guilty and was sentenced to five years less a day, but was released on parole after about 10 months.
We also learned this week that it was a wired informant who drew out the evidence police needed to arrest the latest group.
Another four of the accused have already plead guilty.
The case promises to continue for at least another year.
