A few unexplained switches being reported from the City of Orillia offices today, Thursday March 3rd.
A late afternoon announcement reported that Ian Brown, the cities Manager would no longer be working with the city.
A second report followed welcoming John Craig as the interim City Manager.
Mayor Angelo Orsi thanked outgoing Brown for his 18 years of service and wished him well, but not other information regarding the change has been released.
Incoming Craig holds over 35 years of experience in Municipal Government.
Of Craig Mayor Orsi stated, The City will benefit from Mr. Craigs vast experience during this time of transition.
