The Simcoe Muskoka County District Health Unit is moving from its current home by Georgian Bay General Hospital to Midland Secondary School.
They re-locate to the school on March 25, and the new location will offer the public easy access to the agencys full spectrum of services.
Services there vary from vaccines to food and water safety, to healthy lifestyle promotion, to family and prenatal health, and protection from health hazards and infectious disease.
The Chariperson of the Simcoe County District School Board, Debra Edwards, says the board believes that cooperative and collaborative community partnerships play an important role in public education and that both organizations worked hard to make this move a reality.
