The Dean of Community Studies, at the Orillia Campus of Georgian College Mary O Farrell-Bowers, will be the guest speaker at the January meeting of the Orillia Business Womens Association.
OFarrell-Bowers started her career at Georgian as a professor in the School of Business.
She also served as the co-ordinator for the Colleges environmental programs.
She gained extensive experience working with diverse program areas and also assisted in the development of the Social Service Worker and the Child and Youth Worker Programs at the Orillia Campus.
Prior to joining Georgian, OFarrell-Bowers worked for both the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services and the Ontario Ministry of Health.
She will be speaking to the Association this Wednesday evening, January 12, at the Best Western Mariposa Inn, 400 Memorial Drive, Orillia
