A 36-year-old Bradford man is facing charges after a series of break, enter, and thefts in Barrie.
Barrie Police were called to a Duval Drive home Tuesday afternoon around 3 where the resident found a man inside the house.
The suspect fled through the back door, hopping over fences towards Hanmer Street East.
The canine unit were brought in to help locate the suspect and were able to find a number of items from the home in an area east of Georgian Mall.
Officers from the Criminal Investigations Branch got help from the Street Crime Unit and South Simcoe Police who were trying to locate a break and enter suspect of their own.
Their assistance allowed them to track down and apprehended the suspect.
Just minutes after the arrest, another call came in about a break and enter on Hamner Street.
Many items from that location were in the suspect's possession, all were returned to their rightful owners.
