Not only is there a fire ban in Innisfil but you may not be able to park your vehicle at Innisfil Beach Park.
The Town is closing its overflow parking which located on the grass area at the north side of the park for the duration of the fire ban.
In a news release, the Town says they will deploy additional resources including Innisfil Fire and Rescue Services, and South Simcoe Police to help direct traffic at the park.
They say parking is available at Goodfellow Public School and are encouraging residents to take public transit to the park.
