A pair of perfume thieves struck another store in Barrie.
Barrie Police say two men went to the Shopper Drug Mart on Mapleview Drive this past Monday.
One man was distracting an employee while the other broke open a storage locker inside the store and filled a cooler bag with 45 bottles of Chanel perfume worth $4,735.
By the time store employees were able to figure out what was going on, both fled the store on foot with the merchandise going west on Mapleview.
The same pair is believed to have used the same techniques to steal bottles of Dior Homme and Fahrenheit totaling $1,991 from a Shoppers Drug Mart on Essa Road back on June 10th.
Barrie Police also believe one of the suspects went to the same Essa Road store on May 24th and stole a bottle of cologne, and the pair may be connected to similar thefts in other jurisdictions.
The first suspect is a male with a dark complexion, 35 to 45 years old, 5-foot-10, 180 pounds, with black hair and dark facial hair.
The second suspect is a male with a dark complexion, 35 to 45 years of age, large build, with brown hair and dark facial hair.
The suspects maybe driving a Toyota Echo with Quebec licence plates FHR3582.
