Not enough snow to get out your snowmobile just yet.
The OPP say the local Orillia snowmbile trails are not yet officially open.
OPP Constable peter leon sAys there needs to be another foot of snow before the local clubs can get the groomers out on the trails.
He says is dangerous for people to ride their sleds on unopened trails and its also illegal as people can and will be charged.
Constable Leon says despite the recent cold temperatures the lakes and rivers are still not safe to venture out on.
Constable Leon says a person has to be at least 16 to legally operate a snowmachine on an official trail and also have a drivers licence.
